By requesting a consultation, booking service, making a payment, or allowing Saferio to perform work at your property, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Services
Saferio provides professional bathtub modification services, including tub cut-out installations, in the Greater Vancouver area.
- Services involve permanent modification of an existing bathtub.
- Services do not include full bathroom renovations, bathtub replacements, or factory-manufactured walk-in tubs.
All services are provided subject to these Terms of Service.
Consultation and Quotes
Saferio offers free consultations and quotes based on visible conditions at the time of assessment. Quotes are valid for thirty days. Final pricing may change if additional conditions, limitations, or issues are discovered during installation that were not reasonably observable during the initial consultation.
Installation
Installation timelines are estimates only.
- Most installations are completed in one day.
- Completion time may vary depending on tub type, site conditions, or unforeseen issues.
- Saferio will take reasonable steps to protect the work area during installation.
Any changes to the quoted scope of work must be approved in writing. Payment in full is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Suitability and Use
Saferio does not evaluate medical conditions, mobility limitations, or physical suitability. Services are not medical advice and do not guarantee fall prevention or injury avoidance. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a tub cut-out is appropriate for their needs and for ensuring safe use of the modified bathtub after installation.
Warranty
Saferio provides a limited workmanship and materials warranty as specified in the customer’s written quote or invoice. Normal wear and tear, seal degradation, improper use, lack of maintenance, or modifications performed by others are not covered. Any manufacturer warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer and are not administered or guaranteed by Saferio.
Liability
Saferio is not responsible for pre-existing or hidden conditions, including plumbing, mold, rot, corrosion, or structural issues not caused by Saferio’s direct negligence. Saferio is not responsible for water damage, personal injury, or property damage occurring after completion of the installation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saferio’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel a scheduled installation up to forty-eight hours before the scheduled date without penalty. Cancellations made with less than forty-eight hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and material costs.
